Terms of use

1. Using Previa

Previa is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers on the live map, wheter they are agencies, private sellers or brokers. Previa is not a party to any transaction and does not act as an agent for either side.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. Previa is not gathering your credit card information nor storing your money on it's account. The payment happens between the payment provider and you.

3. Listing content

You warrant that you have the right to advertise each property you publish, that the details are accurate, and that all photographs are yours to use. Previa has the right to stop the listing and ban your account it you if you infringe copyright or try to commit fraudalent actions!

4. Prices and payment

Listing packages are prepaid for a fixed term and do not renew automatically. There are no hidden fees. What you see in our screen is what you pay.

5. Prohibited use

Duplicate listings, misleading pricing, scraping, and any attempt to circumvent access controls are not permitted and may result in removal. Nor we tolerate fraudalent listings!

6. Liability

Listing information is supplied by sellers and brokers. Previa takes reasonable care but does not warrant its accuracy, and you should verify details before committing.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, with disputes subject to the courts of Estonia (EU). As the Pevia mother company carwelt OÜ (16768915) is registered in Estonia.
