FAQ & contact
Most sellers finish the wizard in about fifteen minutes. Listings appear in search results as soon as the user payd for it. We have many different payment methods, definately one is suitable for you.
Yes. You can edit your listing all the time, if it is in draft and if it is in live. So do not worry if you forgot to mention smt, just go to your account, find "My listings" in the menu, and all the listings have "edit" button on them. Click on it, the listing page opens, change what need to be changed, scroll down, hit save, and that's it.
The listing comes off search results but stays in your account, with all its photos and statistics intact. Renewing puts it straight back online.
We have a variety of payment options: Stripe, Paypal, Paysera bank links and crypto. Paysera bank links cover big part of Europe. The rest of the payment options cover the whole world.
No. Previa charges for the listing only. What you agree with a broker or seller is a separate arrangement between you and them.
A featured listing has golden background and it appears under listings page under Featured category and on the frontpage under Featured properties section. In the frontpage is appears at the same time under recently added section as well, so a double placement.
You have 3 ways to activate it:
1) when publishing your listing you can take premium package (with golden background), then your listing is automatically featured all the listing periode;
2) when publishing your listing as non-featured, then in the checkou window you can choose to take the amount of days you want your listing to be featured;
3) once the listing is published, you have during the whole "active periode" the option to feature the listing for desired amounts of days by goeing to your account "my listings" section, and under each active listing there is "feature this listing" button.
The featured ad gives a golden background to your ad which stands out better among others and displays your ad, but it does not move your ad in front of the others.
The bump up means that your ad will be moved on top of the ads for set amount of days. If bumped up for 3 days then your ad is 3 days like newly published ad, so it means on top of the search list and in the frontpage under recently added section (if your ad is featured at the same time, the it is on top of the frontpage featured ad's section as well). The newly published ads will not push your ad away, but newly bumped up ads will.
I user takes it for 3 days, it means that this ad will be moved to first in the search results. It is first in each "sort by" option (newest first, closest first, price: low to high, price: high to low, largest fiest, price per m2, most viewed). So if the user's ad in "newest first" category is at the moment in place number 74, then for bumping it up for 2 days, he's had will be in first position always, even if new ads are published after that, the bumped up ad still maintains the first place. The only thing what can move bumped up ad to 2nd place is next bumped up ad. If user selects sort by accordind to "price: low to high" and this ad would be normally in this category in position number 103, then when bumped up for 2 days, it is always fist, and the only thing what can move it to 2nd and 3rd place are the next bumped up ads.
If user selects sort by according to "closest first" and in this category this ad would be number 64, then when bumped up, it is always first, and the only thing what can move it to 2nd 3rd 4th place is next bumped up ad. So this might be confusing for the user who wants to see the closest ad for him, and as first comes an ad what is from him 75 km away. And then come the ads what are 0.5 km away. To make it clear that he is dealing with paid advertising, the bumped up ads have a violet label on them.
If you want to activate the "bump up" then you have two ways to do it. When publishing the ad you can add in the checkout immediately. Or you can always add it later in your account under My listings section.
Yes. Featured days and search bumps can be bought at any time under your account from "My listings", for as many days as you like. And they can be topped up again later while the listing is still online.
Yes, you are welcome to publish an article, but it is a paid service, as it is advertisement for you. If you are interested, then contact us: info@previa.estate. In Previa the average €/m² means the average living space of the property. So if the property is all together 170 m² and 150 m² of that is living space (the rest of the 20 m² is balcony, store room, garage, or private parking place) then the average €/m² is calculated only by considering the 150 m² living space.
NO! As Previa is a global website for everyone, then it is not possible for us to verify each seller/broker and listing. We have zero tolerance against fraud and fake listings. If discovered, they will be removed immediately!
The frontpage banner is 2450 x 1650 and the listing page banner is 2650 x 750. Your ad does not have to be mm-precise, as our system makes it to fit into the banner field automatically. Previa has the right to decline your banner if it's style does not fit with our website or commonly accepted values.
Yes ofcourse, you always have total control over your listings. If you have paid and published your listing and suddenly discover that you do not want to display it any more, then you have under my account 3 options: mark it as sold, deactivate it, or pause it. Pause it means that your ad will be deactivated and the clock is ticking. So as long as you have payd publishing time you can always re-activate it (there are pause/play button for that).
If you are using the same email for Google & for Facebook then the system recognizes it. If you created your account with Facbook and later log in with Google account, then, if the email in your Faceboog and in Goole account is the same, then you will log in with Google into the same account you just created with Facebook.
If you want to use just your email to log in, then go to my account-settings-security, there into "current password" field write the password you want to use, then confirm it as "new password" and then you can log in with this email and this password (without using Facebook or Google).
And vice versa, if you created your account just with your gmail address with set up password. Then after this you can use Google login, as the system recognizes this email already. The same with Facebook, if your facebook has the same email registered.
Previa allows you to upload videos but they will be scaled down to HD 1280×720. The uploaded video max file size can be 250 MB.
Previa system allows to upload and play videos up to 4K, but due to the high cost of server space we can not allow everyone to do it. For extra price we can allow it, if interested, contact sales.
Alternatively you can upload your videos (up to 8K) to Youtube and paste the link into listing description. Then you can show as many videos as you like with max quality.
